Fundraising Director (California)

Syeda Ali is a senior at Balboa College Prep.  Syeda has always been passionate about giving back to the community, especially to pediatric cancer patients. Driven by a strong passion for math and leadership, Syeda's fundraising efforts have made a significant impact. Her work includes fundraising almost $4,000 within two years at a local level. Beyond her nonprofit work, Syeda is deeply passionate about politics and public service. She has gained invaluable experience interning for both the California State Assembly and the LA City Council, where she engages with policy-making processes and works on projects that impact her community. In her free time, Syeda loves immersing herself in romance novels, finding them to be both enjoyable and a wonderful way to unwind. Her dedication to making a difference, both locally and globally, and her commitment to personal growth, define her as a compassionate, driven , and eager individual.
