Founder & CEO

Olivia Zhang is a junior at Harvard studying Economics with a secondary in Global Health and Health Policy. Olivia founded CKF as a 14-year-old and now directs all strategy, budgeting, impact tracking, and management of the nonprofit. Olivia’s experience with CKF led her to be invited to serve as the only youth on two health company boards and has individually cultivated 185+ young leaders in growing their own chapters/organizations.

Olivia’s work has received recognition from 2026 Forbes 30 under 30 (Social Impact), Legacy Diana Award with recognition from Prince William and Prince Harry, the youngest 2025 L’Oreal Women of Worth, and more. Her debut book with Berrett-Koehler and Penguin Random House, YOUth, will come out on February 3rd, 2026.

She strongly believes in uniting the younger generations to make positive change and discusses her journey, youth leadership, and nonprofits at speaking events across the nation."
